NNUU Tower 1.0 stands 21 storeys tall, mimicking the livelihood and activity of its surroundings through a true mixed-use program.
At the metropolitan scale, the Carolina district -where the building is implanted- represents one of the main urban centralities of the capital, with the presence of almost every possible diversity of programmatic use.
The building replicates urban heterogeneity with a mixture of programs: hotel, residential suites, commercial space, entertainment and recreational; in other words, a stimulating structure that breaks the typical typology of homogeneous architecture in the capital, creating a unique and sensitive architectural piece that reacts to its near context.
The tower, much like a Gothic cathedral, shows its structural system as a clear and honest tectonic expression.
